When naming your files, please use your paper number and surname as per your registration (for example, 331_Smith.pptx), avoid spaces and stick to underscores or hyphens. Keep names concise and descriptive so we can easily identify and load your materials.

All presentations should be formatted in widescreen (16×9) If you include video, you may embed it directly in your slides, but please also upload the original .mp4 file.

Videos should be 1920×1080 (Full HD) encoded with H.264 mp4 for maximum compatibility.

Finally, please ensure you bring your PowerPoint presentation and any supporting videos on a USB to the Congress as a backup.
