When naming your files, please use your surname and presentation title, avoid spaces and stick to underscores or hyphens. Keep names concise and descriptive so we can easily identify and load your materials.

All presentations should be formatted in widescreen (16×9)

If you include video, you may embed it directly in your slides, but please also upload the original .mp4 file.

Videos should be 1920×1080 (Full HD) encoded with H.264 mp4 for maximum compatibility.

Finally, bring a backup copy of your presentation on a USB stick
